Dr. Ronald Joseph Lin, Esq. has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal sector within the corporate environment, academia and private practice. Furthermore, Dr. Lin has been a media commentator on prominent news outlets, a rising media personality having had his own radio show on one of the biggest radio stations in NYC and maintains close relations with both sides of the American political system as a respected community and civic leader.
Dr. Lin’s parents hail from Taiwan who came to the United States in 1980 in search of the American Dream and found it. His father was a student scholar who pursued a graduate degree in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. His mother was a homemaker who later cultivated a respected career within the financial, banking and legal industries. His parents’ journey to the U.S. and subsequent realization of their dreams led to Dr. Lin’s commitment to helping others achieve their own American Dreams and has fueled his passion for immigration law.
Dr. Lin has worked within some of the largest corporate and financial institutions, in nearly every level of government and within academia at elite institutions within Asia and America. Most recently, Dr. Lin served as an Associate Professor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (SHUPL) and as an Adjunct Professor at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Presently, Dr. Lin is an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University located in Madison, New Jersey where he teaches Ethics.
Dr. Lin has had experience within the NYC Mayor’s Office where he dealt directly with countless migrants and refugees seeking asylum and protective status within the United States.
Dr. Lin’s educational background includes advanced graduate degrees from prestigious institutions like Columbia University and Zhejiang University. Dr. Lin is licensed to practice immigration and nationality law in all 50 U.S. states and territories as well as worldwide. Additionally, Dr. Lin is licensed to appear before all EOIR Immigration Courts in the United States, the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Tax Court. Linbright Law maintains physical offices and presences domestically in New York, California and Minnesota and internationally within Taipei, Taiwan and Hangzhou, China. Dr. Lin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and the Taiwanese dialect.
Along with Linbright International Law Group, Dr. Lin also concurrently runs Linbright Consulting Group, a consultancy specializing in strategic services within the business, political, educational and media sectors.

Lucía Damerau is a bilingual (Spanish and English) immigration attorney. She recently served as the Fragomen Fellow at the City Bar Justice Center, a pro bono affiliate of the New York City Bar Association. There she represented immigrant clients in removal proceedings and complex affirmative applications, organized and led pro bono clinics, participated in community outreach activities, and mentored pro bono attorneys. Before joining Fragomen, Lucía served as a staff attorney with the Immigration Advocacy Project at Legal Services of New York City. In this capacity, she represented low-income individuals and crime survivors in removal proceedings, defensive and affirmative applications, and custody and guardianship proceedings. She also managed and coordinated pro bono clinics, supervised pro bono attorneys, and conducted community presentations. Lucía was also a staff attorney with the Immigration Intervention Project at Sanctuary for Families. For her work as a volunteer attorney at the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, Lucía was awarded the National LGBTQ+ Bar 40 Best Lawyers Under 40 award in 2023. Lucía earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Syracuse University. Originally from Guatemala, Lucía is a longtime resident of Queens, NY.
Martin Druyan is a highly reputable attorney in the New York City area and has been specializing in Personal Injury, Business Litigation and Appeals since 1978, in both State and Federal Courts. Mingqi Cai is a highly accomplished legal professional with expertise in investment law, immigration law, and intellectual property law. She is a practitioner both in China and U.S., passed the rigorous Chinese Bar Examination with a pass rate of less than 15%.
Mingqi has a track record of impactful legal work, including representing a Guangdong environmental protection NGO in a public interest lawsuit against a Guangzhou electroplating factory for environmental violations. She also conducted a feasibility study on enforcing Standard Essential Patent (SEP) rights against a major China-based telecom manufacturer, addressing complex issues in licensing negotiations and intellectual property infringement. Her thought leadership in this field is exemplified by her paper, “How China Attempts to Fix Price for Telecom SEP Licensing in the Name of Justice,” which explores China’s strategic ambitions and policies in intellectual property.

Oleg Jelezniakov brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to his work in immigration advocacy. With academic credentials that include diplomas in Linguistics from Vyatka State University (Russia), Hospitality Administration from César Ritz Colleges (Switzerland), and Information Technologies from New York University (USA), Oleg’s diverse educational background enhances his ability to navigate complex cultural and social landscapes.

Inas has previous worked as a teacher within Jersey City’s public school system and was a member of the National Society of Leadership. She is fluent in Arabic.
